Use our Gluten Free Karahi Gosht Masala to make juicy and delicious Chicken/Mutton Karahi at home!

Recipe for Karahi Gosht:

Ingredient Quantity Unit
Green Onion 1 Pieces
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic Bulb 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilli 1 Tablespoon
HMC Karahi Gosht Masala 50 Grams
Mutton 1 KG
Onion medium slices 2-3 Pieces
Chopped Tomatoes 6-7 Pieces
Oil/Ghee 200 Grams

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add mutton, 1-2 glass of water, onion slices, garlic and let it cook until it is soft for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Take a wok/karhai and add oil, green onion, ginger, garlic paste, green chillies, and let it fry.
  3. Strain the mutton, add it in the gravy present in the Karhai and fry until slight brown.
  4. Then add the spices/masala left in the pressure cooker (onion, garlic, etc).
  5. Then add HMC Karahi Gosht Masala & tomatoes to the gravy and mix.
  6. Once done, cover the pot and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Your Karahi Gosht is now ready to serve with delicious naan and chappatis! 🥘
