Description

Use our Gluten Free Haleem Masala to make juicy and delicious Shahi Haleem at home!

We make & pack all spices in our dedicated gluten free facilities to ensure their is no cross-contamination.

Recipe for Gluten Free Haleem using HMC Gluten Free Haleem Masala:

Ingredient Quantity Unit
Oil 1 Cup
Boneless Meat 400 Grams
HMC Haleem Masala 60 Grams
Maash Dal 100 Grams
Masoor Dal 50 Grams
Moong Dal 50 Grams
Channa Dal 100 Grams
Rice 100 Grams

Preparation & Cooking Directions:

  • Heat oil/ghee in a cooking pot, then add the meat & HMC Haleem Masala into it.
  • Stir fry for a few minutes, then add 1.5-2 liters of water, lentils, and rice (for thickness).
  • Cover & simmer on low heat until meat is tender, stir occasionally.
  • Coarsely grind the curry with a wooden spoon and let it cook on low heat for 1-2 hours.
  • Heat the oil and fry onions till golden brown.
  • Pour the oil into the Haleem.
  • Garnish with fried onions, green chillies, ginger and HMC Chaat Masala.
  • Your Shahi Haleem is ready!
