Use our Gluten Free Seekh Kabab Masala to make juicy and delicious Seekh Kababs at home!

We make & pack all spices in our dedicated gluten free facilities to ensure their is no cross-contamination.

Recipe to make Seekh Kabab:

Ingredient Quantity Unit
Chicken Mince 1 KG
HMC Seekh Kabab Masala 120 Grams
Drained Onions Chopped 3-4 Pieces
Ginger 100 Grams
Garlic 50 Grams
Green Chilli 100 Grams
Ghee/Butter 2-3 Tablespoon

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:

  • Take a large bowl – add chicken mince, HMC Seekh Kabab Masala, onions, green chillies, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
  • Add ghee/butter to the mixture and mix again.
  • Make round balls and put them around the skewers.
  • Barbecue the skewers on a grill turning them to ensure the Kababs are evenly cooked.
  • Enjoy your Gluten Free Seekh Kababs!
