Use our Gluten Free Nihari Masala to create delicious Nihari at home worry-free!

Recipe for Gluten Free Nihari using HMC Gluten Free Nihari Masala:

Ingredient Quantity Unit
Oil 200 Grams
Ginger 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Tablespoon
Green Chilli 1 Tablespoon
HMC Nihari Masala 65 Grams
Water 2-3 Liters
any HMC Flour Blend 100 Grams
Meat 1 KG
Onions 1 Piece

Preparation & Cooking Directions:

  1. Take a pan and add 100g oil, ginger, garlic, and green chilli paste. Stir fry.
  2. Then add meat, nihari masala, and let it cook for 2-3 hours at low flame.
  3. Once the oil starts rising, slowly add and mix any HMC Gluten Free Flour blend (Basic Flour, All Purpose, or Bread Flour) and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Once it is ready, take a separate pan and heat oil adding sliced onions to it waiting for them to turn golden brown (for garnishing).
  5. Then add the remaining oil of 100g in the Nihari gravy.
  6. Your Nihari is ready! Garnish with ginger, green chilli, fried onions, & lemon and serve with HMC Gluten Free Naan.
